If you are like me, you may have been watching the news about the situation in Gaza and wondering if there is anything you can do. I have been supporting a Gazan family who I met through a charity I volunteer for: The Hands Up Project. I set up a GoFundMe campaign for them and amazingly they were able to evacuate through the Rafah crossing just before it closed. To do this they had to borrow a huge sum of money from a family friend which now needs to be paid off and they are also starting again from scratch. All of their belongings were either destroyed or had to be left behind. So, the GoFundMe continues and I am organising some events to boost it as well - one of which is this raffle :)
